Matthew & Tina Schubert – Founders

Matthew & Tina Schubert has been the owner of two staffing companies over the past 20 years.

Matt joined the staffing industry as a franchisee of Tandem Staffing in 1992.  His first office in Aurora, IL grew quickly and allowed him to expand to Joliet, IL in 1994.  He opened 3 more franchises (Elkhart, IN, Fort Wayne, IN and Grand Rapids, MI) before selling his franchises back to the franchisor in 1997.

Matt and his wife Tina started Paramount Staffing in 1998 and opened their first office in Memphis, TN.   Paramount’s exclusive focus on the industrial sector allowed them to become a dominant player in the market within 3 years.   The company began expanding in Illinois as 7 additional offices were opened over the next 7 years including 1 in Urbana.  During this time Paramount Staffing was ranked as the 6th Fastest Growing Privately Held Staffing Company in the US (2006), Ranked as the 11th Best Company to work for in Illinois (2007), and was  recognized as the 21st Best Small Company to work for in the US at the 2009 annual SHRM Conference in New Orleans.

Today, Paramount Staffing is a $100 million company with 15 branches throughout the US and 5 divisions all focusing on the industrial sector:  Paramount Professional (Perm Placement), Paramount Search (Skilled Industrial Staffing), Paramount Solutions (Light Industrial Temporary), Paramount on Premises (On Premises Staffing) and Paramount CFT (OSHA Certified Forklift Training).

Jude Fairbank – Executive Vice President – Partner
Jude Fairbank, a Certified Human Resources Professional, has over 15 years experience in the staffing industry. She started her career in staffing as a Branch Manager and then a District Personnel Manager. Previous to staffing, she has 20 years experience in the manufacturing environment in various roles consisting of human resources, production control, quality control, and customer service. She oversees our Chicago land based offices, our on-premises operations, and our Certified Forklift Training Center in Bolingbrook. Jude attributes Paramount’s success to our team members who have become experts in forming solid partnerships with our clients.

Gary Cremieux – Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Gary has over 25 years of business development and operations leadership experience in B2B environments. He has successfully led high performing teams for both large multinationals and smaller privately held companies at the Director and Vice President levels in the food, packaging, and business services industries and has utilized temporary, contingent employees extensively. Gary is a strong believer in building client trust and deep relationships by developing and executing flexible, customer-centered staffing solutions and “delivering our promise” of quality employees, very high fill rate achievement and industry best overall value” every single day. Gary says “Our commitment to delighting our customers is deep rooted throughout our experienced organization and paramount to sustainable organic growth. Chad Niec – Vice President of Risk Management
Chad, a Certified Safety Professional, has over 20 years of experience in leading the development of safety & health programs and the management of claims on a national scale.  This includes working in environments such as manufacturing, warehouse & distribution and related industries which are central to our business model.  Being a hands-on professional Chad understands the need to partner with all our clients in order to minimize risk both in terms of protecting the employee from injury, but equally important, helps our employees to be a productive member of the operation.  His experience in developing workplace assessment, safety orientation and communication, safety training, regulatory control, injury management etc., are assets in identifying the best avenue to establish safety & health prevention programs.  Fortunately, safety as a core value of the Paramount business process, establishes a common and important bridge in helping our clients succeed in their everyday business.

Kathleen Nevitt – Vice President of Human Resources

Kathy has over 30 years of human resources experience as a manager and executive at large and small companies in consumer products, financial services and manufacturing industries. Her variety of experience in developing and implementing HR programs and strategies in talent management, assessment, employee relations, leadership development, training, coaching, succession planning and facilitation enable her to bring a broad set of experiences to benefit Paramount today and for future growth. Kathy is a firm believer that high performing companies deliver outstanding results to customers through their ability to provide a work environment where employees understand their role in the overall achievement of goals and feel they are valued for that contribution.


Alan Schubert – Director of Sales (Illinois)
Alan has over 43 years of staffing industry experience. In 1974, he started his own staffing company called Labor World with partners Louis Morelli and his brother Larry (Matt’s father). From one office on the northwest side of Chicago this team built a national organization with 175 offices and sales just short of $1 billion. Labor World was one of the first staffing companies (1980) to provide on-site managers for large flexible workforces. Alan has over 27 years of on-site management experience and has assisted 100s of companies throughout the United States in implementing staffing solutions that have successfully reduced workforce expenses by 10 to 25%.

Savannah Simon – Vice President of Sales – Paramount on Premises
Savannah Simon is a proven 14 year veteran in staffing sales and service. Savannah has sold over 100 million dollars in new business in her illustrious career. Savannah has extensive experience with development and implementation strategies that enable her customers to receive the best return on their investment. Savannah believes her “sales through service” technique is essential to her success.
