He has proven ability to ensure steady development in emerging and mature markets, along with collaborative leadership qualities.
Beth is a result driven professional with over twenty years of Staffing Industry experience. She joined Paramount Staffing’s Executive Team as Chief Operating Officer in the spring of 2021. Prior to joining Paramount, Beth was the CEO of Malone Staffing based in Louisville, KY for eight years and worked for Manpower for twelve years in various leadership roles. In 2020, Beth was recognized by the SIA, Staffing Industry Analysts as The Global Power 150 – Women in Staffing. Beth has a proven ability to develop long-term relationships with Clients by establishing confidence and trust. She also has proven expertise in identifying and advancing strategic development across all boards. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her position.
35 years’ experience in risk and safety management working for companies on an international and national basis and is currently the VP, Risk Management for Paramount Staffing. His duties include managing placement of company insurance programs, handling all phases of workers compensation issues and implementing safety and health programs both internally and with of our many clients. The central theme of Chad’s role is the belief that a successful risk management program is first and foremost geared toward placing a priority on injury and accident prevention programs to mitigate risks. This helps to drive down injury frequency, property damage losses and, ultimately, to control our total cost of risk. Chad holds an M.B.A in Industrial Management from Northern Illinois University, a B.S. in Safety Management from Indiana State University and holds the designation of CSP (Certified Safety Professional).
Mark has been in Corporate Accounting and Finance for over thirty years, almost exclusively with multi-location service and retail organizations, including Manpower, Midas International, ServiceMaster, and even a minor league baseball team, the Kane County Cougars. Mark obtained his MBA and CPA and has significant experience with financial reporting and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, due diligence and transition on both sides of the mergers and acquisitions process. Mark and his team are responsible for accounting, credit and collections, purchasing and core payroll.
Joining the Paramount Team in October 2020, Joe came on board as the Vice President of Operations. He has been in the Staffing Industry for over twenty years. Prior to joining the Paramount Team, Joe held various positions from VP of Operations for Randstad USA, VP of Operations for TrueBlue, and Senior Director of Operations for Spherion.
Joe’s role includes the planning, directing, coordinating, and oversight of Operation and IT activities within Paramount Staffing, ensuring the development and implementation of efficient Operations and cost-effective systems to meet the current and future needs of Paramount. Joe has a proven track record as a highly analytical customer facing professional with outstanding project management, strategic planning, consultation, and experience in delivering business results. In addition, Joe excels in excellent customer relationship-building and facilitation skills with the ability to form long-lasting partnerships. He is a proven business focused partner who bridges the gap between customer strategy, business needs and IT, delivering effective solutions that meet and exceed business goals.
